you floor staff should move out of the guests way! They have a job because we are there and should never walk in front of a guest or cut them off. I stopped staying at the hotel 2 years ago because the sinks do not drain in any of the rooms, the thermostat is never right, the tv display is dark and the poor exhaust system gives me a sinus infection every time! My husband and I smoke, however, the air circulation is so poor, we always get a non smoking room. What is going on? I haven't been winning anything for a year.
